Role

You will be instrumental in shaping the learning journeys of students, creating engaging and tailored lesson plans, and building strong, positive relationships with your pupils. You will work closely with a supportive team of experienced professionals, constantly developing your skills and contributing to a thriving school community. You will be empowered to make a tangible impact on the lives of children.

• Develop and deliver engaging and differentiated lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Build strong, positive relationships with students and their families.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the school's multidisciplinary team.
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback.
• Contribute to the overall development and improvement of the school.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school setting.
• Proven experience working with children with SEMH needs.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to inclusive and child-centred education.
• Passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
