A warm and busy family based in Belgravia, Central London, is seeking a highly experienced, career nanny to provide sole charge care for their 4-month-old baby on a full-time, permanent basis. The family has an older child who has a dedicated nanny, allowing this role to focus exclusively on the baby's care, developmental routines, and early childhood milestones.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of professional childcare experience, fluent English, and must speak Tagalog. Proven expertise in newborn care, weaning, sleep routines, and age-appropriate sensory play is essential. Note that the baby manages eczema. A driver's licence is not required, but flexibility is a must as the role includes accompanying the family on overseas trips during school holidays to Jersey and New York.

Accommodation: Own private room and bathroom provided.

A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 19:00, totaling 60 hours per week. Note: As the family needs support in establishing the baby’s nighttime sleep routine, the nanny will also be required to work night shifts as needed until the routine is fully set.

Duties include:

• providing sole charge infant care, including nappy changes, bottle preparation, bathing, and maintaining proper hygiene
• establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the baby's structure, development, and nighttime sleep training
• engaging the baby in interactive play, sensory development, and early literacy reading
• preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks for the baby when required (including weaning support as the baby grows)
• handling light baby-related housekeeping, including baby laundry and keeping the nursery and play areas clean, organized, and tidy
• accompanying and supporting the family on international travel to locations such as the USA (New York) and Jersey
