EV met technician
key responsibilities· * stripping and refitting vehicle components on electric and hybrid vehicles * removing and refitting mechanical, electrical and trim components in line with ev safety procedures * ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer and high-voltage safety standards * identifying additional damage and reporting to the workshop controller or vda * working closely with panel and paint teams to meet repair deadlines * maintaining a clean, safe and compliant working environment requirements * previous experience as a met technician within an accident repair centre or bodyshop * ev or hybrid vehicle experience and relevant safety awareness * good knowledge of vehicle systems, including high-voltage components * strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship * ability to work independently and as part of a team * this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ev met technician looking to join a reputable accident repair centre offering consistent work and job security. kolt recruitment are specialists in automotive recruitment and connect skilled professionals with leading employers across the motor trade
