Key Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions , including invoices, purchase orders, credit notes, and staff expense claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to school policies.
- Assist with budget monitoring , providing regular reports to senior leaders and budget holders.
- Maintain accurate financial records using the school’s finance systems, ensuring all data is up to date and compliant with audit requirements.
Requirements
- Experience working in a finance role, ideally within an education setting.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to process financial data accurately.
- Good understanding of financial procedures, including invoicing, purchase orders, reconciliations, and budget monitoring.
- Proficiency in using finance software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
