Biddable Account Director - Allwyn
ROLE SUMMARY
As a Biddable Director you will be responsible for developing best-in-class integrated media strategies and leading annual budgeting and media planning across biddable platforms while managing and developing the Biddable team, encouraging team growth and retention. You will help your agency to lead the industry in this area; challenging the status quo to achieve maximum return on investment for clients by delivering quantifiable improvements against their business objectives.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and leader with a deep understanding of biddable media, team leadership and client management in a fast-paced agency environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement high-performing biddable media strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals
- Oversee campaign execution, ensuring continual optimisation of bidding, audience targeting and creative to drive maximum ROI and implement commercial strategies
- Act as a main point of contact for senior clients, presenting insights, strategies and recommendations
- Manage large-scale budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial targets
- Maintain oversight of client audit process for channel to ensure targets are met and potential issues escalated
- Work closely with the Business Director and Head of Department to shape, test and evolve our biddable product offering - ensuring we stay ahead of the curve and deliver best-in-class solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
- Work closely with creative, data and tech teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader marketing strategies
- Oversee the development of detailed performance reports, providing strategic insights and recommendations for improvement
- Identify new revenue opportunities, expand client relationships and drive profitability for both clients and the agency
- Mentor and lead the Biddable team, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional growth

Flexible Working
At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
