Senior HR Policy Lead
- Reviewing, developing and drafting new policies, procedures and guidance.
- Preparing high-quality papers, briefings and recommendations for senior leaders.
- Leading stakeholder consultations with a range of internal and external partners, including suppliers, employee representatives, trade unions and senior management.
- Leading discussions and representing senior leadership at a range of strategic and operational meetings.
- Working collaboratively with external HR service providers to deliver a consistent and integrated HR service across the organisation.
- Leading and contributing to specific HR projects and organisational initiatives.
- Reviewing HR policies and processes to identify and reduce unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Identifying and implementing improvements and practical solutions to HR policies and processes as part of a continuous improvement approach.
- Identifying emerging organisational challenges and taking proactive measures to address issues, improve outcomes and support effective service delivery.
