Sociology Teacher

You would be working in a successful and well-resourced Humanities department teaching Sociology to GCSE and A-Level students. The subject is popular across the school, with students showing strong engagement in topics including education, families, crime and social inequality.

The department is collaborative and supportive, with staff working closely together to plan engaging lessons, share best practice and ensure students achieve excellent outcomes. Lessons are designed to encourage discussion, critical thinking and analytical writing skills, helping students develop confidence both academically and personally.
