Security Agent / Driver

We are looking for an experienced 3.5t Driver to join our client's current driving team, to assist with the smooth running of the transport department. The role includes long & short-distance driving due to the areas covered, daily drops around South East & Greater London.

Duties:
Timely pick-up and delivery of high-value shipments in line with company operating procedures.
Ensure all goods are safely secured and all related documentation is accurately maintained.
Accurately update and maintain logs, ensuring all information is correctly recorded and
uploaded to the system.
Ensure PODs are scanned promptly after each delivery, with all information accurately
uploaded.
Loading and unloading shipments from the vehicle safely and efficiently.
Ensure all quality control, safety and protection procedures are updated and adhered to.
Consistently deliver excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional
manner.
Conduct vehicle checks at the start and end of each day, and ensure that the allocated
vehicle is kept clean at all times.
Attend shows and events as required.
Coordinate with various security companies to facilitate specific deliveries and collections.
Work accurately within strict guidelines and follow company procedures.
Assist the Vault and Warehouse Manager is required to do so.

Essential Criteria Required
Valid SIA licence.
Valid full clean UK driving licence.
No criminal convictions or driving bans – Subject to full DBS check.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively
both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent timekeeping, along with strong communication and organisational skills.
Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including weekends, may be required.

Mon - Fri plus overtime
22 days annual leave + bank holidays
Salary up to 40K Depending on Experience
