Legal PA
The Role
You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior fee earners, ensuring matters are managed efficiently and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex diaries, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel
- Preparing presentations and supporting billing and WIP processes
- Drafting, amending, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
- Acting as a professional point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Assisting with business development activities and internal administration
- Providing cover and support to colleagues as required
About You:
This role would suit a proactive and highly organised Legal PA with experience supporting at a senior level. You will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary within a professional services environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fast and accurate typing skills (60 wpm+) with excellent attention to detail
- A calm, personable approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A legal secretarial qualification or exposure to corporate work (desirable but not essential)
