Adult Social Worker – Supported Living Review
Location: North London
Pay Rate: £38–£40 per hour
Hours: Full-time
Contract: 3-month rolling contract
Pertemps are recruiting an experienced Adult Social Worker to support a Supported Living Review project based in North London .
- Completing weekly supported living reviews
- Working with adults with Learning Disabilities
- Liaising closely with health professionals and partner agencies
- Identifying and contributing to service and quality improvements
- Producing clear, timely assessments and review documentation
- Qualified Adult Social Worker
- Social Work England registration
- Proven experience within Supported Living and Learning Disabilities
- Ability to manage reviews independently and meet project deadlines
- Strong communication and multi-agency working skills
