Electrical Maintenance Engineer
- Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on electrical systems (lighting, distribution boards, small power, etc.)
- Support mechanical and general building services tasks as required
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and site policies
- Work closely with the facilities and client teams to maintain smooth operations
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Electrical Installation / Maintenance
- 18th Edition qualification
- Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
- Basic mechanical or fabric knowledge (multi-skilled)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Salary: £43,000 per annum
- Hours: 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday
- No call-out rota
