Senior Marketing Associate - Content

Job Description
This role is based in our London office.
We're looking for an enthusiastic Senior Associate, Content Marketing to support our growing marketing team. In this role you will focus on creating engaging content to help grow our audience and support our content-led acquisition strategy, particularly by leveraging our event assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Produce engaging short and long-form content including blog posts, social media content, and email copy
Event Content Support: Help repurpose event assets (webinars, panels, speaker insights) into various content formats
SEO Implementation: Apply SEO best practices to content creation to improve search visibility
Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing content campaigns across multiple channels
Performance Monitoring: Track content performance metrics and provide insights for optimization
Collaboration: Work with internal teams and stakeholders to gather information for content development
Qualifications
1-2 years’ experience in a marketing or content role
Good writing and editorial skills across different formats
Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic analytics tools
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Experience with content creation for events
Basic knowledge of marketing automation platforms
Understanding of audience targeting concepts
