Team Assistant

Position Summary
Role Purpose
To provide reliable and proactive administrative support to the Senior Executive Assistant and the iGaming Leadership Team (iGLT) . This role plays a key part in ensuring day-to-day team operations run smoothly, with responsibilities spanning travel coordination, scheduling, expense processing, and stakeholder communication. It is ideal for someone who is highly organised, responsive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Senior Executive Assistant with a variety of administrative tasks for the iGLT
Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, including booking rooms and managing video conferencing (VC) requirements
Manage travel bookings, including transport and accommodation arrangements, for team members as needed
Process team expenses and support with basic invoice and PO tracking
Handle document management and ensure accurate filing of key team materials
Coordinate restaurant bookings, visitor logistics, and company car parking allocations
Support internal team projects, workshops, and events where required
Act as a first point of contact for general internal and external enquiries
Provide cover during absence or leave of the Senior Executive Assistant and PA
Qualifications
Experience in an administrative or support role in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Previous exposure to EA/PA work is preferred but not essential
Comfortable handling confidential or sensitive information discreetly
Familiarity with corporate processes such as expense submission and invoice tracking
Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills
Strong team ethic – enjoys being part of a team and supporting others
High attention to detail and accuracy in all work
Professional, respectful, and tactful in all interactions
Takes initiative and follows through on commitments
Show compassion and respect toward colleagues and stakeholders
Skills and Experience
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting deadlines
Highly responsive and dependable in a fast-moving environment
Confident using Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook and Teams
Experience with tools such as Concur (for expenses) is a plus
Calm and professional under pressure, with a flexible and solutions-focused approach
