We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to join a well established Client Services team. This role focuses on delivering high-impact marketing campaigns for major Health & Beauty brands, including temporary, permanent, and semi-permanent POS activations. You’ll manage projects from start to finish—taking briefs, coordinating production, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams (creative, production, finance), and retail partners to deliver exceptional service and creative solutions. A background in POS is essential, ideally with POS/Print production knowledge, along with strong project management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full project lifecycle from client brief to delivery
Oversee timelines, budgets, and quality control for campaigns
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Build strong, consultative client relationships
Provide proactive support, suggestions, and process improvements
Track work-in-progress, reporting, and forecasting
Identify opportunities for account growth and added value

What You’ll Need:

Proven experience in account management, ideally in POS and Health & Beauty
Solid understanding of print and production processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Positive, solutions-focused mindset
Comfortable working onsite with clients as needed
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
