Strategy Director - Compare The Market
The Role is a unique opportunity to further your career as a marketing strategist on some of the world’s best brands. Working into an experienced Strategy Partner or Managing Partner of Strategy, your responsibility will be to create brilliant strategic thinking that powers the day-to-day campaign planning of some of our biggest clients, and take a leading role shaping the overall media strategy of some of our smaller clients. You will inspire cross agency teams to build creative and effective solutions for client, which help them build competitive advantage.
You will play a leading role in identifying the insight and shaping the ideas at the heart of those campaigns, collaborating with external agency partners to create integrated and effective recommendations for our clients. In addition, you will play a critical role in new business and agency culture, leading the strategy on some smaller pitches, contributing to agency training initiatives, and helping produce thought-leadership.
The Clients would be a mix of Tier 1 (contributing), Tier 2 and Tier 3, including Compare The Market who are responsible for some of the most famous advertising in the country! An exciting and dynamic category where marketing is crucial for competitive advantage, this is a great opportunity to drive forward a leading UK brand (and get to work with our beloved meerkats).

Flexible Working
At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
We encourage open conversations between our people and managers to help navigate high-need periods and individual circumstances. Our goal is to create an environment where people feel genuinely supported to do their best - both in their careers and in their lives outside of work.
