We are seeking a highly organised and proactive School Administrator to join a high-performing secondary school in Ealing. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient administrative systems and delivering a professional service to staff, students, parents and external stakeholders.
The school is looking for someone who can manage a wide range of administrative responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism. You will be confident handling data, maintaining records, coordinating communications and supporting senior leadership with operational tasks. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be a key point of contact within the school community.
You will be responsible for overseeing general office duties, managing correspondence, maintaining student records, supporting attendance processes, and ensuring compliance with school procedures. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong IT skills, and the ability to prioritise workload effectively. Experience working within a school environment is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the school office
• Manage incoming calls, emails and enquiries professionally
• Maintain accurate student records and data systems
• Support attendance tracking and reporting
• Assist with school communications and documentation
• Liaise with staff, parents and external agencies
Requirements:
• Previous administrative experience (school experience desirable)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in IT systems including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
