MonFri, 40 hours per week (daytime shifts only), Competitive salary

We are looking for a talented Senior Chef de Partie to produce global dishes for our clients. Working from our airy and spacious production kitchen based in South Bermondsey, you will get to work in a large team with fresh, seasonal ingredients, cooked from scratch with a daily changing menu.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm.

Has experience working with fresh produce and highvolume

Can work calmly with an organised and methodical approach

A team player willing to pitch in and help when needed

Excellent attention to detail when following recipes

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

Can support junior team members
