Executive Assistant
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to work within Investment Banking supporting Senior Managing Director level and wider team.
The Role
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll provide first-class support to a busy and growing team. You’ll be the central point of coordination, ensuring seamless organisation and communication across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex, multi-leg international travel arrangements with precision and foresight.
- Process and reconcile expenses and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update Salesforce contacts and client information to the highest standard.
- Oversee complex diary management across global regions, balancing priorities and anticipating scheduling needs.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support to ensure the team operates smoothly and efficiently.
