This is a hands-on delivery role requiring confident stakeholder management, strong technical understanding and the ability to drive high-performing agile teams. You will be the central point of accountability for product delivery against defined milestones, ensuring clarity, momentum, and transparency across both client and internal teams.
Note - This is a hybrid role with required London attendance for monthly client meetings and bi‑weekly team meetings.
As a Senior Project Manager at Brandwidth, you will:

Drive continuous improvement within the team’s ways of working; internally, agency-client and within the client teams
Remove blockers proactively and escalate risks where necessary.
Report on project burndown, areas of risk, dependencies and alignment to expected commercials
Ensure clear visibility for the Resource & Delivery Lead and Head of Production across roadmap priorities, capacity constraints, and pipeline planning to support effective resource forecasting and agency-wide delivery coordination.
Balance product ambition with technical feasibility and delivery timelines.
Share success stories across the business and with the Production team as part of ongoing project visibility and cross-team learning
Product & Delivery Leadership
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritised, and aligned with client goals.
Break down high-level requirements into clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
Lead scoping sessions with developers, designers and client stakeholders to shape solutions that are technically sound and commercially viable.
Define sprint scope and delivery capacity in collaboration with the project team to ensure predictable, high-quality sprint delivery.
Ensure that all user stories are tested within sprints and ready to be released to the client UAT
Ensure that product releases are planned and communicated in line with the client stakeholders and dependencies on their teams
Run planning and scoping sessions with client stakeholders as part of the ongoing product roadmap and feature refinement
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary delivery contact for client stakeholders.
Ensure the Client Partnership Lead is across key project deliverables with the right level of visibility.
Strengthen strategic relationships with client stakeholders through consistent and open engagement.
Manage multiple stakeholders with varying priorities and levels of seniority.
Confidently flag blockers, delivery risks, and trade-offs directly with the client.
Translate technical constraints into clear, non-technical language where required.
Feed into commercial processes, team resourcing and revenue forecasting in line with client and commercial expectations and team capacity.
Represent the product and delivery team in regular in-person meetings in London and facilitate technical leadership to attend these sessions as required.
You will bring:
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, Senior Product Owner or Delivery Lead in a digital product environment.
Experience working in an agency environment.
Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder environments, ideally within enterprise or automotive sectors.
Experience managing backlog refinement, story decomposition, and sprint capacity planning.
Strong experience working with mobile applications and backend systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical scoping sessions with engineers.
Confident communicator who can challenge constructively and escalate issues when needed.
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
