SEND Department:
The SEND department provides tailored support to students with additional learning needs. The SENCO will lead SEND provision across the school, working closely with teaching staff, parents and external agencies to ensure students are fully supported.
Requirements
• Qualified SENCO status or willingness to complete the SENCO qualification
• Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice
• Experience supporting students with a range of additional needs
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage EHCP processes
• Commitment to inclusive education
