Talent & Career Development Manager - 18 Month Fixed Term
- Defining and delivering global talent management and career development frameworks, including succession, potential assessment and equitable progression aligned to enterprise and People strategy.
- Building career pathways and succession plans for critical roles, partnering with leaders and People teams to strengthen leadership pipelines and internal mobility.
- Partnering with Talent, Learning & Performance teams to integrate development opportunities, career growth and high-potential programmes across the organisation.
- Leading talent systems, tools and analytics, ensuring scalable adoption, strong governance and clear KPIs to measure programme effectiveness, retention and internal progression.
- Driving stakeholder engagement and change management for talent initiatives, equipping leaders and managers with the tools, communication and capability to support career development and adoption.
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering global talent management and career development strategies with measurable organisational impact.
- Strong capability in succession planning, leadership pipeline development and frameworks that support internal mobility and career progression.
- Data-driven mindset, using insights and metrics to measure effectiveness, inform decisions and continuously improve talent programmes.
- Effective stakeholder partner and communicator, able to influence senior leaders and facilitate meaningful career and development conversations.
- Inclusive and collaborative approach, ensuring talent frameworks and opportunities promote equity, diversity and accessibility across the organisation.
