Receptionist
A Mixed Secondary School in Tower Hamlets is seeking a professional and approachable Receptionist to join their front office team. This is a key role within the school, acting as the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors and external agencies while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.
The successful candidate will manage the reception area efficiently and professionally, greeting visitors, answering incoming calls and responding to enquiries in a friendly and helpful manner. You will also assist with general administration, maintain visitor records and support safeguarding and attendance procedures where required.
Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, as the role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively within a busy school environment. You will need to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times while building positive relationships with students, staff and families.
The school is looking for someone proactive, reliable and able to contribute positively to a collaborative administrative team. Good IT skills and previous receptionist or administrative experience would be advantageous.
