Up to £70,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a renowned global consultancy in their London office. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile projects across various sectors within residential, with a focus predominately on Purpose Built Student Accommodation.

Responsibilities:
Lead the commercial management of projects from start to finish.
Provide cost planning, forecasting, and value engineering advice.
Manage contracts, procurement, and subcontractor relationships.
Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
