EA to Managing Director
As EA to Managing Director, you will;
- Provide comprehensive diary management and scheduling for the Managing Director.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodation and itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Act as the first point of contact, managing communications and prioritising tasks effectively.
- Organise and attend meetings, taking minutes and following up on action points.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Support the Managing Director with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects, both business and personally.
