Business Process Analyst (Transformation & Change)

Join Cynergy Bank as a Business Process Analyst on a 6 month fixed-term contract and play a key role in improving how the bank operates. You’ll help uncover inefficiencies, strengthen controls, and design smarter processes that deliver better outcomes for both customers and colleagues.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for process improvement, operational efficiency and structured problem solving.
Working within our Transformation function, you’ll support the end-to-end review and optimisation of business processes—from discovery and analysis through to implementation of improved ways of working. Your work will directly influence how we scale, manage risk, and enhance customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build deep expertise in process optimisation while gaining exposure to transformation delivery across the Bank.

You’ll enjoy hybrid working , with a minimum of 3 days per week in our London office and the remainder from home.

How You Will Make an Impact
Capture and document current state processes using structured standards (e.g. BPMN)
Analyse workflows, data and controls to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Support the design of future state processes aligned to business and regulatory needs
Engage stakeholders to gather insight, validate outputs and support adoption
Contribute to KPI tracking and benefits realisation
Ensure processes reflect strong governance, control and compliance requirements
Support wider transformation initiatives with process insight and analysis
What You Will Bring
Experience in process mapping and documentation (BPMN or similar)
Exposure to process improvement approaches (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Understanding of operational processes, risk and governance frameworks
Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Structured, detail-oriented approach with a delivery mindset

This is a fixed-term contract role
