About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and efficient Senior Administrator to join the school’s dynamic administrative team . This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and thrives in a busy school setting .
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the daily administrative operations of the school office
- Providing high-level support to senior leaders and teaching staff
- Handling correspondence, records, and data management with accuracy and confidentiality
- Maintaining smooth communication with parents, staff, and external stakeholders
- Assisting with the development and improvement of office systems and procedures
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a school administration or office management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Confident using IT systems (Microsoft Office and MIS experience preferred)
- A flexible, positive, and solution-focused approach to work
