Commercial Property Solicitor

- Deliver high-quality legal advice on commercial property transactions
- Handle a diverse caseload of commercial property matters
- Support and contribute to the growth of the commercial property department
- 2+ years post-qualification experience in commercial property law
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex commercial property files independently
- Proven track record in providing expert advice on commercial property matters
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Strong business development acumen
- Qualified Solicitor with a focus on commercial property law
- Additional accreditations in commercial property law are highly desirable
- Membership of a recognized legal professional body
