Your Role as Adult Mental Health Commissioning Manager:

• Lead service development and transformation initiatives across adult mental health services
• Drive effective commissioning strategies to improve service quality and outcomes
• Manage complex contracts and provider performance, ensuring value for money
• Build strong relationships through effective stakeholder engagement across health, social care and partner organisations
• Deliver innovative, solution-focused approaches to complex commissioning challenges

Your Previous Experience as an Adult Mental Health Commissioning Manager:

• Significant experience as an Adult Mental Health Commissioning Manager within a local authority, NHS or health and social care environment
• Strong background in commissioning, service redesign and continuous improvement
• Proven experience of contract management and performance monitoring
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work flexibly and adapt within a fast-paced environment
