Interim Senior Analyst, Record-To-Report Banking (Initially 12months Fixed Term COntract)

\n \nWe have an exciting opportunity for a Interim Senior Analyst to join our Banking team within Hilton's Glasgow Centre of Excellence. Reporting to the Manager, Banking, you will play a key role in delivering Treasury Accounting and banking processes that support our hotels.
\n \nWhat you'll do
\n- \n
- Complete daily bank reconciliations and resolve reconciling items. \n
- Support month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations and reporting activities. \n
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal financial procedures. \n
- Analyse banking data, identify trends and recommend process improvements. \n
- Partner with hotels, corporate functions and external stakeholders to support banking operations. \n
- Contribute to projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement activities. \n
What we're looking for

- Experience in Accounting, Treasury or Banking. \n
- Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills. \n
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. \n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. \n
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. \n
- Progress towards a recognised accounting qualification is advantageous. \n
