We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Children’s Registered Manager to lead and oversee the operation of an existing children’s care home within a reputable care organization. This vital role involves ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and well-being for children in our residential setting. As a Children’s Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement and uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional care tailored to each child's needs.

Duties

* Lead the day-to-day management of the children’s care home, ensuring a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for all residents

* Supervise and mentor staff members, promoting professional development and maintaining high standards of care delivery

* Oversee medication administration processes, ensuring compliance with legal and safety protocols

* Maintain accurate documentation related to care plans, incident reports, and regulatory compliance to ensure transparency and accountability

You must have Ofsted experienced Children`s Registered Manager experience to be considered.

Starting salary is £55,120 with the potential to earn around £64,120 in bonuses +£3k or company care
