Legal Biller – London Law Firm – 6 Months FTC

You will be joining the finance team as a Legal Biller, taking responsibility for supporting the full billing lifecycle.Your duties will include:
- Preparing and producing billing reports through Elite 3E
- Ensuring fee arrangements are correctly documented and maintained
- Working closely with legal teams to confirm billing information following hearings
- Managing month‑end billing deadlines and scheduling requirements
- Keeping accurate billing records across financial and document management systems
- Assisting with diary coordination and liaising with Fee Earners and Clerks as needed
- Prior experience working within a legal billing or finance environment
- Working knowledge of Elite 3E
- Excellent accuracy and a strong eye for detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast‑paced setting
- Familiarity with legal documentation processes and diary management
