Principal Product Manager - Channel & Ecosystem (Hiring Immediately)
What we’re all about.
It isn’t often you get to be part of a tech company that, since 2016, has been innovating the data analytics market in ways no-one else can. Our technology started out in FinTech, helping tackle serious criminal activity. Now, its potential is virtually limitless. Working at Quantexa isn't just intellectually stimulating. We’re a real team. Collaborating and constantly engineering better and better solutions. We’re ambitious, we think things through and we’re on a mission to discover just how far we can go. Nearly half of our colleagues come from an ethnic or religious minority background. We’re made up of people from 47 nationalities who speak over 20 languages. As a diverse mix of individuals, we make one big unstoppable team.
If our incredible culture sounds like you, we’d love you to join us.
Our Product Management team is growing. We need exceptional leaders to take our ambitious goals and turn them into a reality as part of the best team in the company (we’re obviously biased but genuinely believe this!). This is a great opportunity to lead right at the centre of our high-growth centaur business and instil strong product thinking throughout the company.
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Product Manager to define, lead & evangelise our product strategy for Channels, Ecosystems and Partnerships, to drive indirect and non-linear revenue for Quantexa. This role connects product strategy to ecosystem opportunity — shaping how our platform integrates, extends, and scales through hyperscalers, ISVs, GSIs, data providers and other strategic ecosystem players.
Requirements
What will I be doing?
- You’ll sit within the Product Management team but work in close collaboration with our Alliances function and senior GTM leadership.
- Act as the strategic owner in product for our ecosystem and channel motion with end-to-end responsibility - from setting the strategic direction; discovery & research; validation & ideation; development with engineering; through to launch, driving adoption and tracking success in the market.
- This role has the unique dynamic of working heavily with external stakeholders daily. You will be not only shaping how we can improve our product to drive adoption through these channels but also identifying how our existing product can come to life through specific partnerships.
- Evaluate and influence ecosystem opportunities — assess partner technologies, channel motions, and integration opportunities that could accelerate our expansion.
- Translate product strategy into ecosystem action — direct and prioritize the work of our Alliances team toward the most impactful technology and channel opportunities.
- Drive the ecosystem roadmap — collaborate with other PMs and engineers to include partnership-driven capabilities that create mutual value with key partners.
- Define and own the channel enablement strategy — ensure our products and APIs are positioned for success through indirect and partner-driven routes to market.
- Engage with the ecosystem — build trusted relationships with hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), modern data and analytics ISVs (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric), and GSIs to identify joint innovation areas.
- Serve as Quantexa’s internal authority on ecosystem and channel product strategy, advising executives and product leaders on where to invest for scale.
What do I need to have?
- Extensive experience as a Product Manager in a software company with a strong history of successfully managing complex products, including prioritisation and direction of engineering teams and developing roadmaps.
- Worked for, or closely with, Hyperscalers, other Cloud native infrastructure products, or Modern data and analytics products such as Databricks, Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric, supported by a deep understanding, or technical familiarity with, lakehouse style architectures and cloud native infrastructure technology.
- Proven experience driving product ecosystem strategy or platform partnerships at scale — ideally with hyperscalers, ISVs, or GSIs.
- Strong commercial and technical acumen — equally comfortable in product architecture discussions and go-to-market strategy sessions.
- Experience influencing cross-functional leadership and shaping company-level strategy through partnerships.
- Experience directly impacting the P&L of a company, with specifics on having driven substantial revenue to the business.
- Smart, self-motivated and pragmatic, happy to take initiative and run complex projects in a highly dynamic environment.
