Project Manager
Deliver end-to-end change initiatives within the Customer Query Management delivery function, ensuring successful implementation of strategy, tooling, and operating model improvements.,
- Manage full project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery and handover.
- Define scope, timelines, budget, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across Technology, Operations, and Change.
- Track progress, manage risks and issues, and communicate updates to senior stakeholders.
- Embed continuous improvement, ensuring benefits are realised and sustained post-implementation. Strong project management experience within Commercial Banking or Financial Services.
- Proven track record of delivering technology-enabled change initiatives.
- Excellent planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery frameworks.
- Relevant certifications (Prince2, PMP, AgilePM) desirable.
