Patent & Trade Mark Renewals Administrator - London
We are currently working with a thriving IP firm in London, who are seeking a motivated Patent & Trade Mark Renewals Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have previous IP Renewals experience and great communication skills, along with strong deadline management skills – those from a legal admin background will also be considered as full training will be provided.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Docketing renewals information correctly within the firm’s case management system.
- Ensuring renewal deadlines are met.
- Ensuring invoices are accurate
- Acknowledging client instructions, acting upon these accordingly.
- Corresponding with clients and attorneys regarding renewals requirements / queries.
