Personal Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative and diary management support to senior management.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding on behalf of executives when appropriate.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Take meeting minutes and distribute action points.
- Organise events, conferences, and internal meetings.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and company records.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Assist with project coordination and ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Manage expenses and support budget tracking where necessary.
Experience
- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or a Legal Secretary within a law firm is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional and confident manner when dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
