Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to secure your first secondary school teaching position?

About the Role

As an ECT Teacher, you'll join a supportive secondary school committed to helping you develop into an outstanding classroom practitioner. Key Responsibilities

* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Inspire and motivate students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with Key Stage 5 opportunities available in some schools.
* Assess, monitor, and support student progress.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with experienced colleagues, mentors, and wider school staff.
* Fully engage with your ECT induction programme and professional development opportunities.

What We're Looking For

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS completion.
* A degree and subject specialism relevant to secondary education.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* Passion for inspiring young people and making a positive impact.
* A positive, proactive, and committed approach to teaching and learning.
* A genuine desire to develop as an outstanding teacher.
