Reablement Support Worker
- Offer rehabilitation support to help people re-learn domestic tasks from a strengths-based perspective
- Assist with a range of reablement needs which include domestic support, substance misuse and harm minimisation, physical health concerns, advice around Social Care and care packages, benefits and money management

To be a Reablement Support Worker at Certitude, it is essential that you have: - Experience of supporting people with mental health needs and completing tasks with them.
- Experience of enabling people with mental health needs to take positive risks in their lives.
- Knowledge of safeguarding.
- A good working knowledge of health and social care services. You will be given training, development and coaching to help you feel confident in providing great support and to help you advance in your career.
