Job Description
We’re looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Endava’s London Headquarters. In this role, you’ll ensure our workplace is professional, welcoming, and high-performing—supporting collaboration, wellbeing, and productivity across all teams.
You’ll draw on your expertise in facilities management, operations, and employee experience to ensure the office runs seamlessly and reflects Endava’s culture and values. As the connector between people, space, and services, you’ll make sure every detail—from the atmosphere and design of our spaces to the quality of services delivered—contributes to an exceptional workplace experience.
What You’ll Do
Oversee the presentation, functionality, and overall standards of the London office to maintain a professional and engaging environment.
Manage building operations, supplier relationships, and service contracts, ensuring efficiency, quality, and value.
Collaborate with Facilities and Workplace teams to deliver local improvements aligned with global workplace strategies.
Partner with People Development and Communications teams to support onboarding, internal events, and employee engagement initiatives.
Serve as the main point of contact for employees, senior leaders, and visitors, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Monitor space utilisation, maintenance, and safety compliance to drive operational excellence.
Champion sustainability, wellbeing, and inclusivity initiatives aligned with Endava’s ESG goals.
Qualifications
You’re highly organised, proactive, and a strong communicator with great interpersonal skills.
You have 7+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, or hospitality management—ideally in a corporate or multi-site environment—and a passion for creating outstanding workplace experiences.
