The Role

We’re looking for a Partnerships Lead — a strategic connector with high EQ and IQ — to own our ambassador network and brand collaborations. You’ll manage relationships with world-class talent and visionary brands, ensuring every collaboration deepens Healf’s impact and extends its cultural reach.

You’ll be equal parts strategist, storyteller, and relationship-builder — someone who knows how to turn connection into momentum and ideas into commercially meaningful partnerships.

Where You’ll Make An Impact

• Leading Healf’s global ambassador and talent relationships, nurturing genuine partnerships built on trust, creativity, and shared purpose.

• Identifying and developing brand collaborations across fashion, fitness, tech, hospitality, and culture that amplify Healf’s positioning and audience.

• Negotiating and managing partnership deals with a balance of creativity, clarity, and commercial rigour.

• Spotting commercial opportunities — from co-branded products to campaign integrations — that drive both brand heat and measurable business impact.

• Collaborating with Creative, Brand, and Growth teams to bring partnerships to life across campaigns, content, and experiences.
