Electrician (MOBILE) - Social Housing (Temp-to-Perm)

• Camden/Islington (2 vacancies)

Rate: £24.92 per hour (PAYE) / £29.89 per hour (Umbrella)

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Electrician to join the maintenance team of our client, delivering essential electrical services across social housing properties in the West London area for one vacancy and Camden/Islington for the other 2 vacancies. These are temp-to-perm opportunities offering long-term stability and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in occupied and void social housing properties
• Diagnose faults and ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with current regulations
• Respond to reactive call-outs and complete planned preventative maintenance
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

Requirements:

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (City & Guilds)
• NVQ Level 2 in Electrical Installation/inspection or equivalent
• Proven experience working in domestic settings, ideally within social housing
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the borough
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
