Regional Service Manager
Regional Field Service Manager South East - Berkshire, Surrey, London, Kent £50,000 - £55,000 + 10% Bonus + Company Vehicle + Medical + Training and Progression Are you a service manager, with an electromechanical background, looking for a leadership role with a prestigious international manufacturer? Are you looking to join a company that will invest in your development, within a proven track record of promoting and developing staff? This role offers great autonomy to lead and develop a regional service team, alongside a highly competitive salary and benefits package. The company are industry-leading manufacturers with a global presence. They are well known for producing high-quality commercial equipment, supplying into some of the most well-known restaurants, bars, hotels, hospitals, universities and other commercial environments. This is a regional Service Manager position responsible for overseeing a team of around 12 field service engineers across London and the South East. You will manage service delivery, engineer performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency while working closely with senior management. Full product and systems training will be provided. This role would suit a technically minded service manager, looking to join a prestigious, global manufacturing company with a passion for developing people and improving service performance.
