Higher Learning Teaching AssistantFull Time A motivated Higher Learning Teaching Assistant is required to support students’ academic progress and engagement. Working under the guidance of teaching and senior staff, you will deliver targeted support, assist in planning, and help students achieve their full potential.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of high-quality learning in class and small groups.Work with subject teachers and SEN staff to monitor progress and provide feedbackContribute to enrichment, intervention, and extension programmes.Promote high expectations and positive learning behaviour.Essential CriteriaPrevious experience supporting students in a secondary setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Flexible, proactive, and committed to student achievement.Willingness to engage in professional development.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
