JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Mandarin Speaking Client Advisor to join our team at Heathrow Terminal 5. As a key ambassador for Burberry, you will create personalised and elevated experiences that build lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. Combining a passion for luxury fashion with commercial awareness, you will inspire confidence in our products, craftsmanship and heritage while contributing to the success of the store. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with international clients and delivering exceptional service in a dynamic retail environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver a personalised luxury experience that meets the individual needs of every client.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Share expert knowledge of Burberry products, collections and brand heritage to inspire client purchases.
• Provide styling guidance and tailored recommendations that enhance the customer experience.
• Contribute to store performance by achieving individual and team sales objectives.
• Support a collaborative store environment that reflects Burberry’s values and high service standards.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate confidently with a diverse client base.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, premium retail or a customer-focused environment.
• Strong client engagement skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Commercially aware, with the ability to identify opportunities and achieve sales goals.
• Knowledge of fashion, styling and luxury products, or a strong interest in developing expertise in these areas.
• Collaborative, adaptable and motivated to contribute positively to a high-performing team.
