Senior Administrator - Support & Operations (O365)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrator to provide advanced support and operational oversight for O365 environments . This role focuses on troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing proactive solutions to ensure seamless operations, strong security, and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams, maintain compliance with quality standards, and drive continuous service improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced O365 administration support by troubleshooting complex incidents, conducting root cause analysis , and implementing long-term solutions for technical and security issues

  • Collaborate with support teams to resolve escalated tickets within SLAs, ensuring system stability and maintaining a strong security posture

  • Enhance knowledge management by updating documentation, maintaining knowledge bases, and providing training and coaching to team members

  • Drive customer satisfaction through first-call resolution initiatives , minimizing reopens, and addressing potential security risks

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and company policies while contributing to service improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience

  • In-depth expertise in O365 administration and services

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for complex O365 technical issues

  • Proficiency in performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams

  • Solid understanding of security best practices for O365 environments

Preferred Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (desirable)

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (desirable)
