Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEND Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality education and support to students with diverse needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning and thrive both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and deliver differentiated lessons and activities to meet the individual needs of students with SEND and complex needs.

* Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels safe, valued, and respected.

* Collaborate with other staff members, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans for students.

* Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students and their families.

* Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage and motivate students with diverse learning styles and abilities.

* Support students' social and emotional development, helping them build confidence, resilience, and independence.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

* Experience working with students with SEND and complex needs, preferably in a school or educational setting.

* Knowledge of different SEND conditions and effective strategies for supporting students' learning and development.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families.

* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of students with SEND.
