Harvey Nichols is seeking a new Stock Movement Assistant to join the team in our Knightsbridge store. About the role...

Stock Movement & Flow

• Support the efficient movement of stock between stockroom, shop floor, and back-of-house areas.

• Ensure timely replenishment of merchandise to maintain premium presentation standards.

• Assist with stock transfers, deliveries, and inter-store movements.

• Maintain clear organisation of stock areas to optimise accessibility and workflow.

Delivery & Replenishment Operations

• Process deliveries promptly, ensuring all items are checked, sorted, and distributed accurately.

• Work closely with the sales floor team to prioritise replenishment needs.

• Ensure new and replenished stock is floor-ready, ticketed, and presented to brand standards.

• Monitor stock levels and support proactive replenishment throughout the day.

Operational Excellence

• Follow all company procedures for stock handling, movement, and storage.

• Minimise stock loss or damage through careful handling and adherence to guidelines.

• Support stockroom organisation, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient environment.

• Assist with stock takes, cycle counts, and movement tracking where required.

• Experience with stock systems, handheld devices, or inventory tools is advantageous.
