Job Description

The Referral Liaison Officer plays a key role in growing our specialist London practices by strengthening the flow of both external and internal referrals.

In this role, you’ll build and nurture a vibrant, high‑performing referral network — championing our clinicians, showcasing the quality of our services, and positioning our practices as the trusted provider of choice. Your ability to cultivate meaningful professional relationships will directly support increased referrals, higher utilisation, and sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

We welcome your application to our Referral Liaison vacancy if you have the following qualifications and skills:

• Experience in dental, medical or healthcare settings, whether in administration, liaison roles, account management or business development
• A natural ability to build strong, positive relationships with a wide range of professionals
• Confident, clear and engaging communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with dental specialties, procedures and referral pathways
• Comfortable using dental practice management systems or social media platforms
• A background in healthcare sales, marketing or account management
• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and follow‑through
• Confident working closely with clinicians and healthcare partners, building trust and credibility
