Role: Vice President – Portfolio Management
An exciting senior leadership opportunity within a pan-European investment and asset management platform. This role is focused on portfolio oversight, financial asset management, and strategic initiatives across capital relations, finance, and private credit. It combines analytical depth with investor engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

About the role
Portfolio Management
• Lead the preparation of investor reporting and performance updates
• Integrate financial and real estate insights across teams
• Maintain and evolve portfolio and fund models
• Conduct performance analysis and deliver strategic recommendations
• Present insights to investors and senior stakeholders
Capital Relations
• Support leadership in capital raising and investor communications
• Prepare investment credentials and maintain track record documentation
• Research emerging investment products and platform opportunities
Finance & Transactions
• Collaborate with finance teams on portfolio-level operations
• Develop expertise in deal-level financial structures
• Assist in acquisitions, sales, refinancing, and other transactions
• Support strategic tax planning related to deals
Loan Management
• Help manage a senior loan book portfolio
• Maintain relationships with lending partners
• Prepare lender reports and engage in regular dialogue
About You
• ACA qualified, with experience from a leading accounting firm in lead advisory, transaction services, or financial modelling
• Advanced financial modelling skills, with a strong grasp of Excel-based project finance models
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, comfortable working with complex financial models
• Thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments where initiative and ownership are valued
• Naturally curious and adaptable, with a commitment to continuous learning and growth
