- Provide supervision and support to a team of social workers, guiding them to achieve their best work
- Develop and implement best practices across your team to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Facilitate the professional development of your team members through mentorship and training
- Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive and seamless support for the children and families in our care
- Monitor and assess team performance, providing constructive feedback and support for continual improvement Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Extensive frontline experience in social services as a qualified social worker
