Qualified Nursery Practitioner – Term-Time Only | September Start 🌟 Location: Kensington and Chelsea, West London Start Date: 3rd September 2025 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:15pm (35 hours/week) Contract: Permanent, Term-Time Only (33 weeks per year) Salary: £14.00–£15.00 per hour | £16,170–£17,325 per year (paid in 12 equal instalments) Pay negotiable based on experience ✨ About the Role Are you a qualified Nursery Practitioner looking for a fulfilling, term-time only position that offers great work-life balance, a warm and supportive team, and the opportunity to make a real difference? This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is committed to high standards in early years education and is passionate about nurturing young minds. 🧸 Your Key Responsibilities * Support the delivery of high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS * Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities * Work as part of a close-knit team to create a safe and stimulating environment * Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues * Maintain accurate records and contribute to children’s learning journeys * Support children's personal, social, emotional, and physical development ✅ Requirements To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• A Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• A clear Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• A genuine passion for working with young children
• Excellent communication skills – spoken and written English
• A team-first attitude with strong initiative
• Paediatric First Aid certification
• Commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality best practices
